Generally, relatively mild foot defects such as flat feet and high arches can be alleviated and corrected by corrective insoles.
The following is a brief introduction to the process of 3D printing custom insoles:
1. Scan and measure the sole of the foot through the plantar 3D scanner to obtain the 3D data of the sole.
2. Obtain the plantar pressure distribution data through the plantar pressure distribution system.
3. The corrective insole designer analyzes the plantar 3D data and plantar pressure distribution data to formulate a reasonable correction plan.
4. Import the 3D data into the corrective insole design software and optimize the design according to the correction plan.
5. Export the designed insole data and then continue to import it into the 3D printer for insole production.
6. After the insole is made, it is veneered and polished to make the insole more beautiful and in line with the user's aesthetics and needs.
7. Deliver the made corrective insoles to customers by express delivery and other means.
8. Conduct regular follow-up interviews on user usage, continuously optimize and adjust, and improve correction effects.
