The eSole300 3D foot laser scanner is a portable scanning device independently developed by 3DOE, which adopts the laser principle to collect and measure plantar data.

Compared with other models, the biggest feature of this device is its light weight and small size. Its net weight is only about 11kg, and it is packed in a flight case with dimensions of 480x240x710mm and a weight of 23kg. The bottom of the flight case is equipped with wheels, allowing it to be dragged directly on flat ground, saving effort.

It is especially suitable for those who need to provide measurement services outdoors, as this portable device is easy to carry.

The accuracy of the eSole300 can reach 0.5mm, and it measures more than 20 items of data, such as: arch height, arch width, foot length, foot width, total heel width, heel protrusion width, instep pit length, heel angle, footprint area coefficient, hallux angle, arch type (such as determining flat foot, high arch and normal foot), heel type (determining heel valgus or heel varus), first metatarsophalangeal length, fifth metatarsophalangeal length, insole recommendation, shoe size recommendation, etc.

These data will form a measurement report in the form of charts. The measurement report can be downloaded by scanning a QR code with a mobile phone, or printed directly via a printer on a computer.

The measurement report is chart-based with easy-to-understand data, allowing users to clearly understand their own foot data at a glance.

At the same time, 3D data in formats such as STL and OBJ will be generated.

It uses non-contact laser scanning, which is harmless to the human body and eyes without radiation. It can be used by all groups of people, including the elderly and children.

It adopts software voice-guided operation, which is simple and easy to learn. In addition, the measurement speed is very fast, usually taking only about 10 seconds to complete scanning, saving time. The data is generated quickly without long waiting.

The data measured by the eSole300 device can be applied to the design and production of corrective insoles and personalized insoles, use in offline shoe stores, batch foot screening for teenagers, foot diagnosis in rehabilitation institutions and hospitals, biomechanical research on human plantar in scientific research institutions, and so on.
