What are the functions of the eSole300A plantar laser 3D scanner?

2026-04-15

The eSole300A plantar 3D laser scanner is an independently developed foot measurement device of 3DOE.
It mainly conducts measurement through laser principles. Users only need about 20 seconds to obtain complete plantar data, including more than 20 types of data items, such as foot length, foot width, arch length, arch height, total heel width, heel margin length, hallux protrusion point length, heel center length, heel center width, heel angle and other data.

In addition, it can generate 3D format data such as STL at the same time. These data can be directly imported into 3D design software for the design and production of insoles, orthoses and other products.

This equipment is equipped with columns, handrails, all-in-one touch screen computers, foot pedals and other components. Adopting a portable design, it is easy to move.

The accuracy of eSole300A reaches 0.5mm, ranking in the first echelon of the current industry. High-precision data enable users to understand their foot conditions more accurately, and support the customization of insoles that fit the feet better.

The measured data reports can be scanned and downloaded via mobile phones, or directly generated into PDF files for printing on computers. All data can be stored in the cloud for repeated use. The equipment features extremely simple operation with foolproof operation mode that can be mastered quickly. It adopts non-contact measurement with no harm to human bodies, suitable for crowds of all ages, without concerns about radiation, physical discomfort and other problems.

The main functions of eSole300A are as follows:
1. Conduct hallux analysis to evaluate hallux varus, hallux valgus and other conditions.
2. Determine the presence of flat feet, high arches, foot varus, heel varus, heel valgus and other foot problems.
3. Be applied in shoe stores to measure customers’ foot sizes, assess foot health conditions, provide intelligent shoe size selection, intelligent insole selection and customized insole services for customers.
4. Be applied to campus foot screening to support the healthy foot development of teenagers.
5. Be used in rehabilitation institutions for the design and production of corrective insoles and orthotic devices.
6. Cooperate with plantar pressure distribution systems, 3D printers and insole engraving machines in partial scenarios to complete the design and production of functional insoles.
