3DOE eWay2000 is a kind of foot measurement device focusing on measuring plantar pressure distribution data.
High-sensitivity and high-resolution pressure sensors are built inside the pressure plate. When a person passes through the pressure plate in the states of standing still, walking, running and other postures, it can collect the pressure distribution data of various plantar parts and relevant data in real time.
The overall dimension of eWay2000 is 2095×652×20mm, the net weight is 18kg, the number of sensors is 40,000, the density of sensing points is 4 per square centimeter, it adopts a USB interface and is equipped with three measurement modes, namely: static measurement, dynamic measurement and balance measurement.
eWay is a series of pressure systems. In addition to eWay2000, there is also eWay1500, and different lengths can be customized according to demands.
Our independently developed products can be customized in accordance with customers’ requirements.
eWay2000 is commonly applied in the following scenarios:
1. Applied in the field of medical rehabilitation.
In medical and rehabilitation institutions, the introduction of the plantar pressure distribution system can help doctors evaluate potential foot abnormalities of patients, such as stroke, cerebral palsy and post-operative recovery conditions.
In gait data analysis, foot stress conditions can assist in judging the risk of diabetic foot, identifying high-pressure plantar areas in advance and conducting scientific intervention, so as to better prevent ulcers, greatly reduce the risk of amputation and effectively protect foot health.
2. Applied in sports training.
In sports training, measured data such as plantar pressure distribution can fully reflect the force exertion mode of each athlete. Modifying and correcting sports force exertion modes can optimize athletes’ sports performance and reduce the rate of sports injuries.
3. Applied in footwear research and development.
In the shoe-making industry, a large amount of users’ gait data including plantar pressure is collected and further analyzed and optimized by R&D personnel, so as to design shoes and insoles suitable for various segmented markets. The designed shoes and insoles can adapt to diverse application scenarios, improving industrial competitiveness and enhancing users’ purchase satisfaction and experience.
4. Applied in fall risk assessment for the elderly.
The plantar pressure distribution system is used for balance tests to evaluate the physical balance ability of the elderly group.
Effective intervention measures can be adopted for the elderly with poor balance reflected by data, which can greatly reduce the occurrence risk of falls.
This application is suitable for rehabilitation institutions, elderly rehabilitation centers and other places.
5. Applied in the production of customized insoles.
Combining data from the 3D foot scanner and the plantar pressure distribution system, personalized functional corrective insoles with various correction effects can be produced.
The 3D foot scanner mainly obtains 3D morphological data, while the plantar pressure distribution system collects gait data including plantar pressure. The combination of the two can support the design and production of functional corrective insoles to meet the demands of the foot correction market.
