A plantar pressure testing system is a device that uses high-sensitivity array pressure sensors to acquire the pressure distribution of various parts of the human sole under static state and walking and other states.
This kind of equipment is widely applied in fields such as insole design, shoe design, medical diagnosis, sports science and rehabilitation therapy.
The plantar pressure distribution system is usually divided into three measurement modes, namely static measurement, dynamic measurement and balance measurement.
Different measurement modes can be applied to different application scenarios, which depend on specific actual demands.
The data of static measurement mainly include: overall foot pressure under static measurement, overall foot contact area, forefoot pressure ratio, hindfoot pressure ratio, high pressure points, average pressure, gait deviation angle, forefoot contact area, forefoot maximum pressure, forefoot average pressure, arch type analysis (such as evaluation of flat foot, high arch foot, foot varus and other conditions), heel width and contact area, heel maximum pressure and average pressure, heel type, calf angle and type, and so on.
The balance measurement data mainly include: center of gravity trajectory length, 95% confidence ellipse area, basic support area, average anteroposterior center of gravity velocity, average left-right center of gravity velocity, maximum anteroposterior center of gravity velocity, maximum left-right center of gravity velocity, maximum center of gravity trajectory, left and right foot gait trajectory diagram, and so forth.
The data of dynamic measurement mainly include: gait curve analysis, characteristic position diagram, gait deviation angle analysis, dimension analysis, time-force change data table of characteristic positions of left and right feet, gait trajectory diagram under dynamic measurement mode, etc.
The plantar pressure testing system is mainly composed of three major modules, namely pressure sensor module, data acquisition and analysis system, and analysis software.
The pressure sensor collects raw data, the data acquisition and analysis system performs signal conversion and analysis on the raw data, and the analysis software displays the data in graphical form to generate a measurement report and present it to users.
