How to Use This Equipment?
1. Before use, connect the power supply first to make the scanner turn on normally and the software run normally.
2. Perform 3-5 scanning tests to see if the equipment runs normally and if the data is normal.
3. After the equipment is normal, the tester can be allowed to conduct the measurement.
4. Before measurement, the tester must roll up trouser legs to about 10cm above the ankle part to ensure the laser is not obstructed and can completely scan the entire foot data.
5. Take off socks and ensure the soles of the feet are clean; there must be no water stains, sweat, etc., because this will affect the accuracy of the data.
6. Stand in the scanning area, stand with both feet parallel and parallel to the shoulders, relax the body naturally, look straight ahead, do not let the body be twisted, and the soles of the feet must also be relaxed. During the measurement process, the body cannot sway.
7. Follow the voice prompts to conduct the measurement. The entire measurement process is only about 10-20 seconds; during this process, keep relaxed and do not move.
8. After measurement is completed, input personal information, such as phone number, name, gender, height, weight, etc., then wait for the generation of the measurement report. After the measurement report is generated, it must be kept properly. If you feel personal information is important, after obtaining the measurement report and saving it yourself, you must delete the relevant personal information and files on the equipment in a timely manner.
Matters Needing Attention
During the test, it is recommended to conduct measurements 2-3 times, and then conduct data comparison. If there is no large data difference, it indicates the measurement is accurate and there is no problem with the equipment.
If during the measurement, the difference in the same set of data is greater than 1.5mm or more, then check whether the equipment is measuring normally or whether there are problems with the tester's testing posture and standing posture. After finding the root cause of the problem, measure again, so as to ensure the measured data is objective and accurate.
