3DOE’s plantar pressure distribution measurement system adopts high-density array-type pressure sensors and dynamic analysis software to collect plantar pressure distribution and gait data when a person is standing still, walking, or running and passing over the pressure plate.
At present, 3DOE’s plantar pressure distribution measurement system has many models, such as eMat460, eMat500, eWay1500, and eWay2000, etc.
The measured data mainly include: total foot pressure, total foot contact area, forefoot pressure ratio, rearfoot pressure ratio, arch type (flat foot, high arch, or normal arch), heel width, heel contact area, maximum heel pressure, heel angle, lower leg angle, lower leg type, specific region analysis, center of gravity trajectory, balance analysis, plantar pressure line trajectory map, and other parameters and data.
Different models have different numbers of sensing points, such as 3,000 sensing points, 10,000 sensing points, 30,000 sensing points, and 50,000 sensing points.
There are models with a length of 500 mm, 1.5 meters, and 2 meters, and they can also be customized according to specific requirements.
The price varies depending on the model. Generally, the price ranges from more than 20,000 RMB to 50,000–60,000 RMB. There are also more expensive models, such as those costing 80,000–90,000 RMB or more than 100,000 RMB, depending on the specific parameter requirements.
This system can be widely used in foot function analysis, gait analysis, fall prevention balance analysis for the elderly, hospital foot rehabilitation departments, rehabilitation institutions, corrective insole design, and other fields.
