Plantar Pressure Testing Plate Collects Pressure, Non-Contact Measurement, One-Click Foot Analysis Report

The plantar pressure testing plate, also known as a plantar pressure analysis system.

The plantar pressure testing plate is a device that uses pressure sensors to collect and analyze the pressure distribution under the feet, and can obtain complete plantar pressure distribution data as well as a visual analysis report.

In our daily lives, we often experience tiredness when walking, soreness on the soles of the feet, discomfort in the arches, and other problems. In fact, many of these problems are related to whether the pressure on the soles of our feet is evenly distributed when we walk.

When we normally walk, different areas of the soles of the feet bear different amounts of pressure, but it is difficult for us to directly feel how much pressure each area bears, and we cannot judge whether the plantar pressure distribution is normal simply with the naked eye.

As people pay more attention to foot health, more and more people are beginning to focus on the pressure distribution under their feet when walking, and plantar pressure testing has gradually become an important method in foot health assessment, insole design, and sports performance analysis.

In the past, plantar pressure measurement often relied on relatively traditional testing methods, which not only involved relatively complicated operating procedures, but also made it difficult to visually present the pressure changes in different areas of the entire sole of the foot, and testing personnel also needed to conduct further analysis of the data based on their experience.

But with the application of plantar pressure testing plates, the collection and analysis of plantar pressure data have become more intuitive, and it has also become more convenient to understand the pressure distribution under the feet during standing, walking, and other states.

The customer only needs to stand on the testing area of the plantar pressure testing plate to quickly collect plantar pressure, obtain pressure data from different areas of the feet through pressure sensors, and generate an intuitive pressure distribution map, combined with relevant data to analyze the foot condition.

Through the collected plantar pressure data, the pressure distribution in different areas such as the forefoot, arch, and heel can be observed, the pressure differences between the left and right feet can be understood, and a more comprehensive assessment of the pressure distribution under the feet can also be carried out by combining the pressure changes during standing and walking.

If there is uneven pressure between the left and right feet or concentrated pressure in certain areas, the plantar pressure data can also be used to provide data references for the design of insoles, corrective shoes, and other products, with targeted designs based on the pressure distribution in different areas, thereby improving the fit between the insole and the foot.

The plantar pressure testing plate can also generate a visual foot analysis report with one click after completing the measurement.

In the analysis report, the plantar pressure distribution, pressure conditions of the left and right feet, and pressure data of different areas can be viewed intuitively, helping us understand our plantar pressure condition more clearly.

It can also list key plantar pressure data for us, and display the originally complex pressure data visually through charts, pressure maps, and other methods, allowing both testing personnel and customers to understand the measurement results more intuitively.

Moreover, plantar pressure testing is a fast data collection method. During the testing process, no contact operation on the feet is required, and plantar pressure data can be collected simply by standing or walking, making the operation convenient and suitable for people of different age groups to perform plantar pressure testing.

The plantar pressure testing plate has a wide range of applications and can be used in offline shoe stores, custom insoles, rehabilitation institutions, hospital foot health departments, school foot screening, sports training, sports performance improvement, biomechanics research, and other fields.
